Cris Dush (R-Punxsutawney) says the court’s redistricting ruling violates specific state constitutional articles relating to separation of powers among the judicial, executive, and legislative branches of the Pennsylvania state government. Since impeachment only requires a majority vote in the House to move to a Senate trial, this move appears more than symbolic.
