Reports from Georgia suggest that defeated gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams (D), who said she would decide about challenging Sen. David Perdue (R) by the end of this month, may now be on a different timetable. In addition to determining if she might launch a Senate race or return in 2022 to challenge Gov. Brian Kemp (R), she may also be contemplating entering the presidential campaign.
In any event, it appears she will reach no decision about her political future until mid-April at the earliest.
