Taking into account freshman Rep. Ruben Kihuen’s (D-Las Vegas) latest sexual harassment problems, it is likely he will face a more competitive race for re-election assuming he holds true to his word and refuses to resign. Yesterday, former Rep. Cresent Hardy (R-Mesquite), who lost his seat to Kihuen in 2016, is now reconsidering his decision to forego a re-match. Already in the race is Las Vegas City Councilman and former police captain Stavros Anthony (R) who announced his congressional candidacy in July. This race is now moving toward toss-up status.
