The New Mexico Libertarian Party has voted to award its US Senate nomination to former Governor and presidential candidate Gary Johnson after Aubrey Dunn, who won the primary election on June 5th, decided to end his campaign. If Mr. Johnson decides to accept, he would face Sen. Martin Heinrich (D) and state Labor Commissioner Mick Rich (R) in the general election. For his part, the former Governor and national candidate says he is considering his options.
